Thanksgiving with the Houston's

We had such a great Thanksgiving with Jonathan's family. Not being with my family on holidays can be so hard but I thank God because he has given me the greatest in-laws in the world. For those of you reading this thinking you have the greatest in-laws...I am sorry to disappoint you but I do! Sometimes when I pray I literally think this is too good to be true...I have such great parents that are so sweet and love Jonathan like their own son, great in-law parents who love me like a daughter, three amazing sisters, two super fun brother-in-laws, the best husband in the world, a baby on the way and a partridge in a pear tree! I am set. All the kids were in Nashville this year with their spouses. We all got to spend great time together playing games and watching so many FUN Christmas movies! I have posted some of the fun below!

Me & Jonny...

Elizabeth & Rachel... Our fabulous Thanksgiving tables... My handsome brother-in-law Bennikins...

This was where all the cool people got to sit on Thanksgiving...Jonathan, Josh, David, Aaron, Rach and I am taking the picture...

Jonathan and my newest brother-in-law Aaron who is the greatest athlete of all times!

This is where everyone else got to sit...Ben, Elizabeth, Meredith, Holly, and Sandy (the greatest hostess ever!)

These are two of my favorite people in the whole world. Rachel & Elizabeth, my sister-in-laws. Equally talented and equally beautiful they have been such a blessing to me! We have such a great time when we are together, I love every minute I am with them!

So I hope all of your Thanksgiving's were so great too! Can't wait until Christmas in the STL!!!!

Victory

I did it correctly! So this is officially my blog. Well since you never want to be one of those people who have totally horrible or boring blogs I'll jump right in to the good stuff (I want to have an arrow right here pointing to this picture but I don't know how to do that yet so use your imagination) aaaaaarrrrrooooowwwww-------------This is the good stuff…28 weeks pregnant and feeling fine. We are having a little boy and we couldn't be happier. It is so exciting and scary thinking that we are going to be parents. We are going to be responsible for this little life forever or at least until he is 18 and making millions and can then return the favor. I can't wait to meet him! No names yet though...we can't seem to find one that we both love! My mom and dad said they will call him Jack no matter what we decide to name him because that’s what they like, Jonathan's parents are calling him Jon Jon, I want to call him Kingston or Hudson and Jonathan wants to call him Tristan or Cayden. He might have multiple personalities! Oh great we are already screwing him up!

So new at this!

Okay so when i was in college and some "older" person would ask for help with how to navigate some kind of new website or ask how to e-mail I would think to myself, "I will never be one of these people who don't know how to do this kind of stuff. I will always be in the know." Well guess what...when you get "older" it happens. I have absolutely no idea what I am doing. In fact I had to go to the help menu and shamelessly click on the getting started button! So SAD! When did I become "older"??? Thanks to the help bar and Whitney Cantrell I should get this thing up and going soon enough! Whit, I will be over later to make sure I did this right!
